Planning, organizing your assets and editing drafts do not use generation credits. New portraits, videos and supporting clips do. The quote includes the work needed to deliver the selected output.
Choose from the available options when you create. Any change to the credit total needs your approval before generation begins.
A technical failure returns credits to the balance they came from, with the original expiry. An unconfirmed submission stays reserved while its status is checked. A new creative variation uses a new quote.
