Plan a week of videos around three useful stories

A practical content calendar built around a product question, a demonstration and a specific use case.

A full calendar can hide a weak plan. Five variations of the same sales message still give the audience only one reason to watch. Before assigning dates, choose a few different questions your content can answer.
Here is a planning exercise for a fictional scheduling app. It illustrates a structure, not a posting frequency that guarantees growth.
Choose the stories before the dates
The first story answers a product question: what happens when two people suggest different meeting times? The second shows a real screen action: selecting an available slot. The third explains a specific use case: coordinating a small client project across time zones.
Each brief needs a distinct point. If all three end up saying “save time,” add the actual workflow detail that makes each story useful.
Give each draft a job
For each idea, write the intended audience, the product fact you can substantiate and the next step. Keep these beside the script so a presenter or AI assistant does not fill the gaps with an invented claim.
Ask Personify to turn those facts into draft briefs. Review the drafts together for repetition before approving any generation. Planning several ideas does not require purchasing all the videos at once.
Place reviewed work on the calendar
Start with dates you can support with finished, reviewed material. Keep uncertain ideas as unscheduled drafts. A placeholder does not need a fake completion status just to make the calendar look full.
Calendar placement and publishing are different operations. Moving a video to Friday organizes the plan; it does not, by itself, send the video to a social account. Use your publishing workflow when the export and destination copy are ready.
After posting, record the observation window and available results. An organic post and a promoted post have different distribution contexts. A high view count alone does not establish that a script caused sales.
Bring one observation into the next planning conversation. A smaller plan with a clear next question is easier to improve than a month of interchangeable scripts. Try the sample calendar before setting up your workspace.
Put the brief to work.
