Review the whole AI video before you publish it

A short review pass for dialogue, product accuracy, captions and the final export.

In this guide

A video can finish generating and still need work. The file may play correctly while a product name is mispronounced, a claim changes meaning or a caption covers an important detail. Review the output people will actually see.

Listen against the approved script

Play the whole take with sound. Compare the spoken words with the approved script, especially names, numbers, prices and negations. A missing “not” can reverse a claim.

Automated speech checks can help identify differences, but they do not replace listening. If the speech is wrong, changing a caption does not fix the audio. Decide whether the existing take is usable before approving another paid variation.

Watch the product moments

Inspect the product whenever it is visible. Check packaging, labels, shape and how the presenter handles it. For software, compare the screen recording with the current application. Do not let generated interface details imply a feature that does not exist.

If a scene does not need a product close-up, remove unnecessary visual demands from the next brief. Fewer unsupported details can make the story clearer.

Check the exact export

Watch the finished export with its captions and supporting footage. Make sure text stays readable on a phone, does not cover the product and remains on screen long enough to read.

Listen through transitions as well as the opening. Confirm that inserted footage supports the spoken point and that the final frame does not cut off the last word.

Approve, then choose the destination

Personify separates a saved take from an approved export. Review the file you intend to use, then prepare the destination’s post copy and schedule. A calendar entry alone does not publish it.

Keep revision notes specific: “the product name loses its final syllable” is more actionable than “make it better.” Preserve the successful parts of the brief and change the part that failed. Each newly generated variation has its own quote and approval.

Read the short-script guide if the original take was trying to say too much.
