How Personify generation credits work

Personify uses generation credits for portraits, videos and supporting clips. Your balance is shared across your brands. Planning, organizing your assets and editing drafts do not use generation credits.

Review the total before you create

Before generation, Personify shows the selected output, its settings and the credit total. Video length, creative options and references can change that total. Check the quote for your particular request rather than assuming every video uses the same number of credits.

A new creative variation is a new generation. Review the revised brief and its quote before approving it.

Know your monthly allowance

Starter includes 15,000 generation credits each month. Scale includes 90,000. Monthly credits are used first and unused monthly credits expire. One-time credit packs last 12 months; an active membership is required to use credits for generation.

You can see your monthly and purchased balances, their expiry dates and recent usage in Account settings.

If a generation does not finish

A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved credits to their original balance and expiry. If the result is still being confirmed, check the existing request before starting another. Your credits remain reserved while its status is checked.
