Keep your presenter and your brand details separate

What belongs in Avatars, what belongs in Brand space, and what to check before using a real person’s likeness.
In this guide
A brand can use more than one presenter, and the same presenter can explain more than one product. Treating the presenter profile as the whole brand makes both harder to manage.
Personify separates Avatars from Brand space. Use the first for presenter choices and looks. Use the second for product information and reusable media that should guide a brief.
Store facts with the brand
Keep the product description, intended audience, tone and supported claims in Brand space. Add the photos or screen recordings that show what the product actually does. These details should remain useful even when you choose a different presenter.
An uploaded asset and an approved reusable asset are different states. Review the file and its rights before relying on it in a new brief.
Make presenter choices deliberately
Avatars holds the identity and appearance choices for your presenter. When you customize a fictional character, inspect the new portrait rather than assuming every generated look preserves the same face perfectly.
A portrait choice does not guarantee identical appearance across every generated video. Review the output. Avoid promising consistent identity based only on a thumbnail in a gallery.
For a real person, authorization to use their likeness is separate from verification of the account holder. A verified account does not automatically own the rights to every portrait it uploads. Complete the required presenter authorization and respect any later withdrawal.
Carry both into the brief
Before approving a take, check the selected brand, presenter, script and product media together. The combination is what the generator receives. A correct script can still produce the wrong video if it uses the wrong product reference.
You can try describing an avatar in the public demo without generating anything. In a real workspace, review the price and applicable permissions before creating a new portrait or video.
Put the brief to work.
