How AI UGC works: from a brief to a creator video
AI UGC describes AI-generated video made in the style of creator content. It can feature a synthetic presenter speaking about a product, explaining an app or responding to a familiar problem. Despite the name, a synthetic presenter is not a real customer or evidence of a customer's experience.
A useful workflow has four parts: brand context, a script, visual direction and a review of the generated video.
Start with accurate brand context
Supply the product's actual features, intended audience and constraints. Include the facts that make it different, along with claims it should not make. Product photos and screen recordings help show the real offering instead of leaving every visual detail to a model.
Develop the words and the scene together
A conversational script works best when the scene gives the speaker a reason to say it. An explanation about choosing clothes can happen while getting ready. An app workflow can be supported by a recording of the actual app.
Write the complete dialogue before generation. Decide what the viewer needs to understand and which product detail supports the point. A short video is usually clearer when it has one main idea rather than a compressed list of features.
Generate the take
The video model turns the dialogue and creative direction into a clip. In Personify, approved creator takes use Seedance, with native speech and visual direction supplied in the brief. Generation is not instantaneous. Timing and visual results can vary.
A casting description guides the presenter's appearance, but it does not guarantee the exact same face in every output. Treat the resulting clip as a take to inspect, not a finished campaign that can be published without review.
Check the result and add the right evidence
Listen for missing or mispronounced words. Check whether the speaker is addressing the viewer and whether the activity makes physical sense. Inspect any product representation against the real item.
Where the story needs a demonstration, use a matching real product photo, clip or app recording. Keep the visual connected to the spoken explanation. A polished but unrelated image does not help the viewer understand the offer.
Personify brings brand context, planning, scripts and videos into one workspace. You can start with ideas and scripts for free; generating videos requires a paid plan. Finished videos can be downloaded for your social channels. The most important creative decisions still happen before approval and during the final review.
