Delete information from a connected account

Any of these removes Personify’s access and starts deletion:

• In Personify, open publishing settings and disconnect the account.
• On Instagram, go to Settings, Apps and websites, and remove Personify.
• On TikTok, go to Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, and remove Personify.

When access is removed we delete the account’s access tokens immediately and its profile information and stored post metrics within 30 days. Posts already published stay on the platform; delete them there if you want them gone.

Delete your Personify account

Signed in, use Settings → Privacy to request account closure and deletion. Without an account, or if you cannot sign in, email info@personify.gg from the address you used and say which information to delete. We confirm when it is done.
