Content Policy

1. Adults only, and never minors

You must be 18 or older to use Personify. Never create, upload or request sexual or sexualised content involving minors or people who look like minors, including in fiction or animation. Do not use photos or video of a real child as an avatar or presenter. We report child sexual exploitation to the authorities.

2. Real people and likeness

• Use a real person’s face or voice only if it is you, or the person has agreed and completed Personify’s identity and likeness checks.
• Do not impersonate anyone, including celebrities, public figures, creators or a company’s staff, or make it look like someone said or endorsed something they did not.
• Do not upload other people’s photos or private information without their permission, or ask us to identify someone from their face.
• When you remake a video you like, Personify copies its structure, not its footage. Do not upload footage you have no right to use as a reference, or present someone else’s words as your own experience.

3. Honest advertising

• AI presenters are not real customers. Do not present a generated video as a genuine customer review or personal experience.
• Product claims must be true and supportable. No false health, medical, financial or earnings claims, no fake scarcity, prices or results.
• Keep the disclosures the law or the platform requires: paid partnership labels, #ad, and AI-generated labels. Personify adds AI labels when publishing; do not remove them.

4. Content you cannot make

• Sexually explicit content or nudity.
• Violence, threats, terrorism or extremism, or glorifying real tragedies.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, defamation or body-shaming.
• Encouraging self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Illegal products and services, drugs, weapons, tobacco and vaping, real-money gambling, scams, pyramid schemes and get-rich-quick offers.
• Political or election advertising, and misinformation about health, elections or emergencies.
• Music, footage, logos, characters or trademarks you do not have the right to use.

5. Publishing and platform rules

Publish only to accounts you own or are authorised to manage. What you post must also follow the rules of the platform you post to, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X community guidelines and advertising policies. Do not use Personify for spam, fake engagement, mass posting or to mislead about who runs an account.

6. Misusing Personify

Do not try to get around our safety checks or usage limits, open accounts to evade a restriction, resell access, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use our outputs to train a competing model.

7. Enforcement and appeals

We check prompts and outputs automatically and review reports. We may refuse a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close an account, without refunding usage where the law allows. If we restrict your account and you think we got it wrong, email info@personify.gg; a person reviews every appeal.

8. Reporting

Anyone can report content or a likeness concern on our report page, without an account, or by emailing info@personify.gg. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
